Happy Mothers Day

So Saturday was the BIG day! The siding got finished! There wasn't too much but a good half day work. Anyways we partied, turned out to be more than I thought. Mike and Cindy were staying with us since Pauline had gone through surgery a few days earlier. The other Gevas families came by too and then we had Jerom and his buddy, Nick. We had tri tip, bbq chicken and abalone wrapped in bacon accompanied by asparagus, parmeasan topped zuchinni and pesto, washed down with Martinelli's and finished with ice cream. It was a celebration for sure!!! Then come Monday we started the yards!!!! I couldn't wait so heres where we stand as of now:

This big bush was way over grown and wild

Kyle starting chopping away, had to leave some over hang otherwise it would have all collapsed in our neighbors yard and later we realized it was also holding up the fence! more to fix....

Mike and Cindy were so helpful

While we don't spend a lot of time in the back there was a lot of stuff

Looking good. As I was making dinner the tractor went by my window and Naomi was talking to Jerom about making the back yard in to a park ha ha.
