Another appointment today. Things are softening, thinning, lowering all like they should be. Basically everything thing is happening EXCEPT going in to labor! Once again well see if I last another week. Baby is healthy and doing well though. We have to keep reminding ourselves shes not late yet! Soon but not yet! Walking around the neighborhood, going up and down our killer stairs drinking cranberry juice (haha) getting my membranes torn weekly... there's only so much I can do, but like I said from the beginning- I am a firm believer babies come when they want to and when they are ready. Its just frustrating being teased over the past month! The other night I was contracting from 2am to 530am contractions lasting about 10 minutes or so then I would finally drift off to sleep just to have it all happen again, would have been fine if it would have lead to something but alas they stopped... It also will feel, sometimes, that shes trying to push through my cervix, not so much a pain but just really weird discomfort. But still no water breaking and no real contractions. *sigh* Well here I am at 39 weeks and 2 days...
We are also in the boat of not knowing what her name is again. Keith has backed out of Kalyn. I think that Keira might be back on the table but still nothing for certain. We will probably have to just wait and see what she looks like... sigh. Not my style but Keith's just not bonding with any name.
Well until either next weeks appointment or she finally comes...
